Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MacroEase app and getmacroease.com, operated by Live Awesome LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. The app is also licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA); if these Terms conflict with it, these Terms govern to the extent permitted.

Not medical advice

MacroEase is a food-logging tool for general wellness. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition and is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or registered dietitian. Nutrition values are estimates. Talk to your doctor before changing your diet, especially if you take medication (including GLP-1 medications), are pregnant, or have a medical condition or a history of disordered eating. Accounts

You must be at least 13 (or the age of digital consent where you live). You're responsible for your account and the accuracy of what you log.

Auto-renewable subscriptions

• Plans: Lite $4.99/month or $39.99/year; Standard $9.99/month or $79.99/year; Coach+ $19.99/month or $149.99/year (US prices; local prices may vary).
• Free trial: eligible new subscribers get a 5-day free trial. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to the paid plan you chose and you will be charged.
• Payment: charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial).
• Auto-renewal: your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel: in your iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds: purchases are handled by Apple and refunds are subject to Apple's policies (reportaproblem.apple.com).
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service, reverse-engineer it, interfere with it, or use it unlawfully.

Your content

You own your food logs. You give us a license to process them only to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ACCURACY OF NUTRITION ESTIMATES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIVE AWESOME LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Montana, except where your local law gives you other rights.

Apple

Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the Standard EULA.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
